Architectural FX have recently joined the Lighting Industry Association (LIA). With a strategy for growth and sustainable development in mind, the company is looking to the LIA for support and knowledge to spearhead this.
The LIA will visit our organisation on 8th February 2024 to carry out their QA audit. We will then by occupying a new larger premises and are excited about the growth and new opportunities to develop the company.
We’ve started the journey to comply with the TM66 requirements, initially via the self audit route. This ambition will continue through the LIA TM66 Assured Product Verification Scheme. This is a recently developed initiative by the LIA and is endorsed by CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers). It is a scheme aimed to promote circular economy practices within the lighting industry. We are fully supportive of this and aim to be amongst the leaders in the industry driving this forward.
We are also keen to benefit from the many technical services and knowledge portals that the LIA can offer and look forward to accessing this to assure our position our ‘Technicians of Light’.
